1. OVERVIEW

This website is operated by NEVASAYDIE, a brand of NEVA SAY DIE, LLC (“NEVASAYDIE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service and our applicable policies.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time by posting changes to this page. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

NEVASAYDIE produces limited-release apparel and accessories. Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders where necessary.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, details, and descriptions accurately. However, colors may vary depending on your screen, lighting, and individual garment characteristics. Measurements may also vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at an incorrect price. If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Orders are not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates, processing times, and delivery estimates are provided at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. NEVASAYDIE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If an order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can investigate and assist with an appropriate resolution.

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Size exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis when requested within 14 days of delivery and when the item meets our exchange conditions. Exchanges are subject to available inventory and are not guaranteed.

6. ORDER ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

If you need to correct an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or shipment.

All NEVASAYDIE names, logos, graphics, artwork, photographs, designs, text, and other original content are owned by NEVA SAY DIE, LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
